Welcome to Today’s FYB Post featuring the Poem The Gashlycrumb Tinies by the Infamous Writer, Artist, Illustrator, and Tony Award winning Costume Designer Edward Gorey (February 22, 1925 to April 15, 2000) set to Music by Daisy Chapman and Red Carousel. Gorey’s Characteristic Pen-and-Ink drawings often Depict Vauge and Unsettling Narrative Scenes in Both Victorian as well as Edwardian Setting that have Built a Long Term Cult Following Gorey wrote The Gashlycrumb tinies in 1963 and the Poem that serves Cautionary Tale of being Aware of all the Deadly perils of Life that can bring about a Person’s Early Demise. The Poem was once summed up by George Boomer who said “(The Poem) Is a rebellion against a view of childhood that is sunny, idyllic, and instructive.”. The Poem follows a Fairly Simple and Dark Theme Combining The Alphabet, Children, and a Horrible Fate for Each of the Children. The Poem consists of Child with a Name Starting with each Letter of The Alphabet in Chronological Order. What makes this Poem rather Demented is Each Child Mentioned Meets a Variety of Gruesome Deaths carried out in Some Brutally Creative Way.

Throughout Gorey’s Illustrious Career Gorey was known for His Illustrated Books as well as Drawing Cover Art or Illustrations for Other Writers. Gorey illustrated Over 200 Book Covers for a Variety of Publishing Houses including Doubleday Anchor, Random House’s Looking Glass Library, Bubbs-Merrill, and as a Free Lance Artist. Among other Works Gorey illustrated Bram Stoker’s Dracula, H.G. Wells’ The War Of The Worlds, and T.S. Elliot’s Old Possum’s Book Of Practical Cats. When Gorey was working as a Freelance Writer/Illustrator He used several Pen Names, some of which were Anagrams of His First and Last Name like Ogdred Weary, Dogear Wryde, Ms. Regera Dowdy, just to Name a Few. Meanwhile Gorey used Other Pen Names for His Original Work Too such as O. Mude (which is German for O. Weary), and Eduard Blutig which is a German Pun on His Own Name. Also During His Career Gorey conducted Literary Experiments like. Creating Wordless Books, Books the Size of a Matchbox, Pop Up books, and Books that were/are Comprised Entirely of Inanimate Objects.

Gorey Classified His Work as Literary Nonsense, and in Respone to being called Gothic Gorey Replied “If you’re doing nonsense it has to be rather awful, because there’d be no point. I’m trying to think if there’s sunny nonsense. Sunny, funny nonsense for children—oh, how boring, boring, boring. As Schubert said, there is no happy music. And that’s true, there really isn’t. And there’s probably no happy nonsense, either.”

Welcome to Today’s FYB Post featuring BACKROOMS – FOUND FOOTAGE #3 that was Uploaded to the Async Research Channel a Few Days Ago. BACKROOMS FOUND FOOTAGE – #3 is the Latest Installment of a Psychological Horror Series “Inspired” by the Original BACKROOMS Content Creator Kane Pixels. Some Explanation may be Needed. The Backrooms is a Creepypasta that was inspired by a Comment Left on a Picture of an “Unsettling Room” on 4Chan’s/x/board. The Comment inspired an Expanded Version of the Creepypasta as well as YouTube Videos on the Topic. The Backrooms Creepypasta was made into a Short Horror Film and a Horror Series by 16 Year Old American Director, Visual Effects Artist, and Youtuber Kane Pixels. The ongoing Online Horror Series’s First Installment was Uploaded to Youtube on January 7th, 2022 and Then the Rest of the Series has been Posted over the Course of the Many Months. All Previous Installments are Posted Here for Your Connivence as Well as Our Original Post on the Backrooms Creppypasta.

Well Then What The Fuck IS The Deal With The A-Sync Research?

As it Turns Out there is a Second Channel called A-Sync Research which We thought was a Secondary Channel created by Kane Pixels to Advance Plot Line, But We apparently were Wrong (at least as Far as Face Value is Concerned). A Comment by whoever the fuck is Responsible for the A-Sync Channel stated that the Channel isn’t Run by Kane Pixels, but instead it is Inspired by Him. So what the fuck is this all about then? Good fucking Question and Here is Our View on it. This A-Sync Person/People are NOT Random or are They Fans involved in some Fan Fiction Bullshit. And fucking TRUST US there is No fucking Shortage of Backroom Videos being Pumped Out Currently. Granted though at this Point in the BACKROOMS Trend there are More and More Convincing Copy Cat Videos being Posted. Everyone and their fucking Grandmother are jumping on the Backrooms Popularity in a Classic Overkill Scenario of the “I wanna get in on that and be YouTube Famous Too!” Mentality.

This Unique Series does Something Rare Especially Now a Days which is it Simply fucking gets Better with Each Episode. The Series is also Incredible at Building the Tension of Each Installment until the fucking Anxiety of the Characters Bleeds through the fucking Screen. The Backrooms is Definitive fucking Proof You don’t Need a Shit Ton of Cash, Hollywood, Big Movie, An Orgy of CGI, Big Production Companies, Big Time Studios, Famous Actors, Film School/Degree, Jump Scares, or Even Gore to Mindfuck and Creep the Shit out the Audience. We Seriously fucking Enjoy that this Incredible Series’s Vibe/Feeling of Utter and Total Isolation (that Essentially Drives the Series) that was Picking Up Its Pace and Picking It Up Fast. Oddly Enough We seem to be in a Gray Area Impasse as far as the Continuation of the Series. The Last Backrooms (Backrooms – Betrayal) was apparently the Last of the Lost Cameraman Chris Footage it left Many wondering if the Series was indeed Over. Then there is this Additional Video and No One is certain what it may or May Not Signify going Forward, BUT for Now Apparently there are or will be several Additional Found Footage Videos.

Welcome to Today’s FYB Post featuring RELAX WITH MICHEAL MYERS by Content Creator Paul McNeils (Nicknames: ER, Uncle E, or BigE) Who’s Youtube Channel is known as Ephemeral Rift. McNeils started His Youtube Cannel in 2011, and the name is comprised of Two Random words without a Specific Meaning. In 2012 McNeils came across a ASMR Landscape Scene while poking around on Youtube. From that Point on McNeils began to Focus more on Character Driven ASMR Videos which was Opposed to the Traditional ASMR Content at the Time. We have to remember that back in 2012 ASMR was just a Niche Genre which Eventually took off like a Real Serious Motherfucker Gaining more and More Traction/Popularity.

For those Who may be Unaware Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is Defined as: ASMR is a Subjective Experience of “Low Grade Euphoria” characterized by a Combination of Positive feelings and a Distinct Static like Tingling Sensation on the Skin. It is Most Commonly Triggered by Specific Auditory or Visual Stimuli, and less Commonly by Intentional Attention Control.

This Video was brought to Us by a Friend and is the Best piece of Absurdist Comedy We’ve seen in a Long fucking Time. The Last thing We Actually Enjoyed in the Arena of Absurd Comedy was the Masterful Go the fuck to sleep (by Author Adam Mansbach which is described as a Satirical “Children’s Book for Adults.”) read by Samuel L. Jackson Video. The Simple but Entertaining and Effective Gimmick is a Contradiction of the Senses where Your Eyes and Ears are Conflicted. Your Ears hear all the Calming Audio that is Intended to Relax You, BUT at the same fucking time You’re Seeing the Infamous Horror/Slasher Movie Iconic Villain Micheal Myers (from the Halloween Movie Franchise) creating the Soothing Sounds. The Opposing Information confuses a Person’s Brain as it Relies on the 5 Senses for Any and All Information needed to Live and Survive. Again Your Ears are informing Your Brain that Everything is Chill while Your Eyes are Informing Your Brain that There is a Danger in Your Mist. Even though Micheal Myers is a Fictional Horror Movie Character Your Brain recognizes Him as a Possible and Deadly Danger. That Recognition Invokes a real Sudo Fight or Flight Reaction on a More or Less on a Subconscious Level.

Welcome To Today’s FYB Post MOM by YouTube Content Creator(s) Creepyshed. Now this is an Extremely Small Channel with 5.18k Subs. Also the Channel has a just 27 Videos with a Total of 564,162 Views since the Channel was Created on February 2, 1012.

Now Almost All the fucking Videos are Comprised of Unnerving Visuals accompanied by a Loud, Abrasive, and Glitchy Audio that could make Your Ears Bleed. All this fucking Chaotic Insanity comes with the Territory when Dealing with Unexplained Video Genre or fucking Fringe Videos as We refer to Them as. The Videos also have fucking Vague/Rather Nondescript Titles with Descriptions that are just plain fucking Nonsensical Gibberish at Best.

Another Detail that stood out to Us was the Fact that Every Video is Followed by .avi which is Quite Interesting. For those Who may Not know AVI stands for Audio Video Interleave and What does that mean? Well AVI Files can contain Both Audio and Video Data in a File Container that allows for synchronous Audio-with-Video Playback. Like the DVD Format, AVI Files support Multiple Streaming Audio and Video, although these Features are Virtually never Used. BUT at the Same Time AVI also Internet Slang for an Avatar displayed by a User’s Profile on a Social Networking/Media Site. So which Definition Applies well We for one have No fucking Idea as of Yet.

The Other Unique Detail We Observed is the Fact the Video Titles Actually form a Cryptic Sentence when Read from Top to Bottom. In its Entirety the Sentence reads: Directed Advertising Soulless NO NO Trapped We Know I Was Alone Sister Take The We Are All In The Come In Dad Can See You There Here Stop Son Mom. Again We to Date still have No fucking Idea what the Significance is if Any for that matter.

Video Break Down:

MOM.avi: At the begging of the Video a Light Switch is moved into the Off Position. Then there is Footage of Someone is a Ghoulish and Hairless Mask sitting in a Dark Room, and Judging by Their Body Language seems to be in Distress of some kind. The Audio in the Video is of Someone (more then likely a Man) Talking But it’s so fucking Low and Distorted that it fucking Impossible to Decipher. The Footage of the Person win a Strange Mask is Cut with Two Color Clips of What appears to be Someone. This Other Person is wearing what looks like to Us like an Orange Jump Suit like the One Murderers Wear in Prison. Also the Other Person is Either Wearing Black and White Face Paint/Make Up or Wearing a Weird Mask Too. This Other Person’s Hair is Also an Issue because it Looks Straight up like a Cheap as fuck Halloween Wig. Finally at the End there is the Sound of an Old School Film Projector Running, So is the Person Sitting in the Room was Filmed and is Now being Watched by The Person in the Cheap Wig? What is the Connection between these Two People in the Video if there is One is Open to Interpretation at this Point in the Series.

SON.avi: This Time there is the Sound of an Old School Film Projector being turned on and Running, and There are a Couple More People wearing Bizarre looking Masks (Coincidence? Perhaps). Could the Projector Noise mean the Video is Previously Recorded Footage being watched by an Unknown Party Possibly a Serial Killer, but more on that Later. This time around though the People in Masks seem to be Talking as Their Mouths Open and Close yet there is No Dialogue Distorted or Otherwise. Around half way through the Video there is a Close Up of a Cringe Looking Clown Picture circa the 1970s. While the Clown Picture is Cringe by itself as the Shot Continues the Clowns face Morphs into a Hellish Face like Visual. The Most interesting Part of the Video is when a Human Arm Holding a rather nasty looking Circular Saw Appears on Screen. Right before We see the Saw there is a Shadow Cast on the Wall that to Us looks like the Long Haired Cheap Costume Wig from MOM.avi.

The Circular Saw Scene appears to US to be in a Bedroom with a Bed pushed up against the Wall under a Window with Ugly Plaid Curtains. Now what the fuck was Sawed on the Bed? Someone said it was a Boy Doll being Cut in Half, and to that We ask Where the fuck do You see a Doll Period?! Considering the Ominous Feel of the Circular Saw Segment the Scene Ends when the Saw is Turned on and then Comes Down on the Bed, and then the Scene is Abruptly Cut. We think that Most likely this Scene was implying a Murder. The Whole Video has a real Serial Killer Vibe to it.

Where We’re At: The Main Questions of Who Made the Series, Why They made it, and What is it all About? Granted the Chance of Solving the So Called Mystery is Improbable at Best. This unknown factor is what Continues to Fuel the Unexplained Genre (or Fringe as We Refer to it as). The 3 Questions that We can ask in these Situation which are: Is it an ARG, Art/Horror Project, or Perhaps some sort of Gorilla Advertising Campaign for say an Upcoming Movie/Video Game? Maybe We will find and Expose the Answer But Probably Not We shall See.

This is one of those Videos that some People would Label “Nightmare Fuel”, and with is Unnerving Audio, Bizarre Imagery, and Ominous Feel it’s Easy to See Why Some People would say that. THE GRIFTER is one of those Almost Mythical pseudo Creepypasta that has Garnered a Great Deal of Attention, Speculation, and Tons of Wannabe Explanation Videos over the Years.

As the Story goes Perspective Viewers are Severely Warned NOT to watch THE GRIFTER because the Images in the Video will Linger in Their Minds for the Rest of Their fucking Lives. Some Alleged Side Effects can include Loss of Appetite, Insomnia, Alienate Yourself from Friends/Family, Vivid Nightmares that Boarded on Full Blown Night Terrors, Hallucinations, and Psychological Trauma among Other Things. That’s Not all as One Person claimed that Their Friend watched THE GRIFTER and Ultimately Committed Suicide by Slitting His Wrists. While Another Person claimed that All Previous Viewers of THE GRIFTER have been Murdered in Their Homes.

It’s Alleged that THE GRIFTER video Depicts a Horrendous Murder, Brutal Torture, Demonology, Cryptic Cult, and Human Sacrifices consisting of Babies. Well all We can say on this is We Watched THE GRIFTER Numerous Times and that’s one Hell of a List of Sick Shit in a Video with a Total Run Time of 68 Seconds. Now While all these Twisted Topics provide the Viewers with a Morbid Curiosity are They Actually Real?! The Person/People behind the Async Research Channel We Honestly Believe are Collaborating Virtually Side by Side with Kane Pixels. We Believe so since the Video Theme, Quality, Production Value, Scenery/Sets, Costumes, and Feel of the Perspective Content Creator’s Videos Coincide with One Another. In All the Other Backrooms Videos We have seen There are Small Harder to See to Glaringly Obvious Differences from Kane and Async’s Videos. The Backrooms Installment from Kane Titled “Presentation” and the Subsequent A-Syncs Video “Exit” have a Good bit in Common. A Prime Example is the Miniature Models of the Backrooms Layout in “Presentation” is also Part of the “Exit” Video as well. Again that Doesn’t Negate the Fact there are Seriously SHIT TON of Videos About/Based on The Backrooms which Really Fucking Muddies the Waters. Welcome to Today’s FYB Post featuring Shaye Saint John – HAPPY PRESIDENTS DAY. Shaye Saint John is a Fictional Character and Art Project Who Appears in a Series of Surrealist, Creepy Short Films, and is Brain Child of Creator Eric Fournier. In the 90’s, Fournier was a Member of the Punk Bands The Blood Farmers and Skelegore when He began working on the First Miss Shaye St. John Video. In 2003, the Character started a Blog at LiveJournal, and a YouTube Channel Named Elastic Spastic Plastic Fantastic was created in August 2006. The YouTube Channel Uploaded all 56 of the Saint John Videos from 2006-2007, and the Official Shaye Saint John Channel Quit Uploading Content in December of 2007. Unfortunately the Creator of the Shaye Saint James Character Eric Fournier Died sometime back in 2010.

Who is Miss Shaye St. John? :

The Character Shaye St. John is Described as a “Model”, and is Shown in Videos Wearing a Plastic Mask, a Series of Wigs and Dresses, and Manipulating a Pair of Wooden Hands Attached to Sticks, and the Character’s Legs are in Fact Mannequin Legs as Well. Tragically Saint John was Hit By a Train which Resulted in the Loss of Her Arms and Legs (as Well as Horribly Disfiguring Her Face). Instead of Using the Traditional Prosthetics, She Added Mannequin Parts to Her Face and Added the Wooden Hands so No One could See Her Severely Damaged and Deformed Hands. Saint John Wears a Series of Different Masks throughout Her Videos, Supposedly because She Doesn’t want the World to See What She Actually looks Like. We found this Rather Odd since one of the First things to Consider is the Content Creator Removed them, But in this Case the Content Creator is Died in 2010 so that’s Not It. So We decided We had to find Out more Information about What the fuck was Going on Since We are Huge fucking Shaye Saint John Fans. In addition to This We have been made Aware that a Couple of Previous Shaye Saint John Video’s have been Blocked or Taken Down by Other People/Groups so YouTube is Not Alone Here. What the fuck is with All These Selfish Assholes Shitting all Over an Incredibly Creative Artist Eric Fournier Content Legacy by Removing His Content/Art. What are They So Afraid Of What the fuck do They think will Happen if They just Leave shit be?!

The Bottomline here is SO FUCKING WHAT if the Shaye Saint John Creator Eric Fournier Died? We’re Not trying to be fucking Dicks about it, but Yeah We all end Up Worm Food or Ashes in an Urn so fucking What of It?! We fail to see ANY fucking Point/Reason for Youtube to Take Down Fournier’s Videos or for Youtube to just Straight Up Delete the Entire fucking Channel! Something Absurd To Watch While Smoking Weed

Wlcome to Today’s FYB Post featuring Some Anime Induced Insanity (As You can see Obviously We don’t Read Any Asian Language). And Since this is Monday the Most Notorious Day of the Week for just Straight Up Sucking Ass it’s Monday Hands Down. So Since Monday’s are rather Pure Shit We decided it be Appropriate to Post Something that Feels the Way People Do at The End of a Monday. We stumbled across this Little Ditty on a VERY Small YouTube Channel going by Carrotcarp that has 19 Videos that are All Anime Based Subject Matter, but there is at least One that is Different it’s a Short Video of a fucking Fish. Apparently Carrotcarp is based out of the UK as the UK is Referenced Several Times on the About Page (along with a Personalized Emoji and a Cryptic Message at the Bottom that reads “Better Start Running 9”).
